The ambassador had arrived an hour before the official ceremony, so he 
decided to stop for a drink. Most of the restaurants on the Promenade 
seemed full, but he had seen a bar on the lower level... 

"I wonder if I could have a cup of coffee," he asked as he sat. 

"Sure thing." The Ferengi bartender looked up: their eyes met. 

He had never seen a man so handsome, so well-dressed in his life. 

"I'm Neelix," he stammered, as he positioned himself so as to best 
waft his Talaxian mouth pheromones in the correct direction. "And you 
would be..."
